Course Overview
This course delves into the world of alcoholic beverages, covering various essential topics to provide a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Participants will explore the production process, including harvesting, crushing, malting, mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging, blending, diluting, and bottling. Understanding the effects of alcohol consumption and promoting organic and sustainable practices with eco-friendly packaging and transparent labeling are also emphasized. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of different types of spirits and alcoholic beverages, such as whisky, brandy, gin, tequila, and others.
